Clear Capital has strengthened its real estate analytics and valuation technology platform with the acquisition of Restb.ai, the Barcelona‑based leader in AI‑powered computer vision for property analysis. The company says the acquisition will bring deeper, more actionable property intelligence to customers across the global real estate and mortgage ecosystem.
By adding Restb.ai’s image recognition and data enrichment capabilities to its product suite, Clear Capital is expanding the reach of its existing technology, which includes CubiCasa, the digital floor-plan and virtual-tour company it acquired in 2021. Together, Clear Capital, CubiCasa, and Restb.ai aim to give customers a more holistic understanding of the information that shapes real estate decisions — from valuation and floor plans to property condition and characteristics. The combined platform is designed to reduce blind spots in property analysis and support faster, more confident decision‑making.
