Joanna – who will join the firm in June – is a private equity transactions lawyer with experience across leveraged buyouts, consortium deals, bolt-on acquisitions, carve-outs, co-investments, as well as reorganizations. Before joining Cleary as counsel, she worked for a UK-based law firm for over ten years. During that time, she also spent a year on secondment serving as assistant general counsel at a leading pan-European private equity sponsor.
