This acquisition enhances Click Labs’ retail tech capabilities, bringing advanced automation and AI tools to smaller businesses worldwide.

Founded in 2022, Evermile provides AI Agents and orchestration tools that automate order preparation, delivery assignment, SLA tracking, support, and customer engagement—helping thousands of UK retailers, such as Ottolenghi and CakeBox, handle daily tasks efficiently. Since its launch in 2023, Evermile has processed hundreds of thousands of orders across various retail sectors.
The deal marks Click Labs’ deeper move into retail operations, offering an end-to-end solution from checkout to delivery. Evermile will initially remain a standalone brand, with plans to integrate its technology into Click Labs’ products, such as JungleWorks and Tookan, across major markets.
This acquisition aligns with industry trends toward consolidation and unified platforms, as seen in recent deals by DoorDash, Uber, and GlobalE, reflecting retailer demands for integrated solutions over fragmented tools.
