By Amit Chowdhry ● Oct 15, 2025

ClickHouse, a real-time analytics and AI data platform company, has extended its Series C financing to advance continued expansion, platform innovation, and key leadership hires. The new funding round attracted a diverse mix of institutional and individual investors, including Citi Ventures, Insight Partners, Peak XV Partners, Founders Circle Capital, D. E. Shaw Ventures, Adams Street Partners, Rosberg Ventures, Expanding Capital, and NFL players Brock Purdy, Christian McCaffrey, and Kyle Juszczyk. Existing investors—Altimeter, Bessemer Venture Partners, IVP, BOND, and GIC—also participated in the round.

The financing extension comes as ClickHouse experiences strong commercial momentum. The company has surpassed 2,000 customers and reported a fourfold increase in annual recurring revenue over the past year.

New customers include Cyera, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Insider, Laravel, Masorange, Qualified, Shopmonkey, and Supabase. Long-term customers such as Canva, Harvey, LangChain, Perion, and SonyLIV have also extended their partnerships. The company has seen especially strong traction among AI-focused organizations, with Anthropic, Meta, LangChain, Sierra, Vercel, and Weights & Biases relying on ClickHouse Cloud to power business-critical systems.

ClickHouse recently hosted its first user conference OpenHouse, which featured partners and customers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Tesla. The event showcased the platform’s broad applications in analytics and AI workloads, offering product demonstrations and customer success stories. Building on that success, ClickHouse plans to host its annual AWS re:Invent event party, “HouseParty, the SQL,” headlined by The Chainsmokers.

To support its scaling operations, ClickHouse has strengthened its executive bench with several strategic hires. Kevin Egan joined as Chief Revenue Officer, bringing leadership experience from Atlassian, Slack, Dropbox, and Salesforce. Mariah Nagy became Vice President of People, drawing on prior roles at Weights & Biases, Confluent, and SurveyMonkey. Jimmy Sexton, previously of Snowflake and ServiceNow, joined as Chief Financial Officer to oversee the company’s financial strategy.

The company continues to expand its product portfolio to meet growing demand across real-time analytics, observability, and AI-driven applications. Key platform enhancements include:

  1. Launch of ClickStack, a unified observability suite combining logs, metrics, traces, and session replays.
  2. Introduction of MongoDB Change Data Capture (CDC) for real-time analytics integration.
  3. Expanded support for Iceberg and Delta Lake, optimizing performance for modern data warehousing.
  4. Launch of MCP Server endpoint and AskAI Assistant in ClickHouse Cloud, enabling developers to build interactive AI-powered applications directly on top of their data.
  5. Ongoing improvements to vector search, JSON, and full-text search capabilities.
  6. Release of ClickHouse Private, a private cloud offering designed for regulated industries, alongside ClickHouse Government, which includes FIPS compliance for highly secure environments.

These advancements position ClickHouse as a leading data platform for the AI era, providing organizations with high-throughput, low-latency data processing at massive scale. The company’s technology is optimized for the next generation of AI agents and software systems that demand rapid, complex, and concurrent queries.

Trusted by customers such as Sony, Tesla, Anthropic, Memorial Sloan Kettering, Lyft, and Instacart, ClickHouse’s open-source columnar database powers mission-critical workloads across analytics, observability, and AI/ML.
