Law firm Clifford Chance has expanded its Private Equity practice in the United States by welcoming Andrea Gede-Lange as a new partner. This move is part of the firm’s broader strategy to enhance its private capital capabilities across key international markets.

Andrea Gede-Lange joins the firm from Fried Frank, bringing with her two decades of experience advising private equity firms, institutional investors, and both public and private companies. Her work spans a wide range of complex transactions, including leveraged buyouts, acquisitions, and divestitures of stock and assets, carve-out deals, joint ventures, and recapitalizations. Her expertise in handling both domestic and international matters adds valuable depth to Clifford Chance’s growing U.S. presence.

Her arrival comes at a time of rapid expansion for the firm’s private capital practice. Clifford Chance has been actively building its team to support clients throughout the entire investment lifecycle, across industries and geographies. Andrea Gede-Lange joins fellow private equity partners David Schultz and Vince Ferrito in New York, reinforcing the firm’s commitment to serving the U.S. market.

Over the past year and a half, Clifford Chance has added 13 new partners in major financial hubs, including London, Paris, and Singapore, reflecting its global approach to private equity and investment law.
