And Schrepfer brings over 20 years of experience of working in Japan on complex, cross-border M&As, spanning multiple industries, from semiconductors, energy, health and life sciences to automotives.
As a lawyer with an outstanding track record of advising clients on their outbound investments into the US, Schrepfer is recognised as a leading advisor to some of Japan’s largest companies and investors.
His appointment further strengthens the firm’s M&A capabilities in Japan and adds senior expertise focused on US-bound transactions. And this enhances the firm’s US law services offered in the Asia Pacific region in line with the firm’s rapid expansion in the US market.
