Clifford Chance: Patrick Scott Named As Partner On Private Capital Team

Global law firm Clifford Chance announced that Patrick Scott will join the global Private Capital team as a Partner based in London.

Scott brings extensive experience from his role as European Counsel at KKR, where he has been since 2019 with primary responsibility for overseeing all private equity, impact, tech growth, and healthcare growth transactions across EMEA. And Scott was formerly at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP.

The hiring is the latest in a series of high-profile global Private Capital lateral hires at the firm. And over the recent months, the firm brought in Annie Lewis, Emma Ghaffari, Bruce Embley, Aimee Sharman, and Matt Lilley in London; David Schultz and Vince Ferrito in New York; Jamie McLaren in Singapore; and Arnaud Fromion and Frédéric Guilloux in Paris.
