Clifford Chance announced it has hired Reuven Falik as a partner in the firm’s US Tax, Pensions and Employment (TPE) group, enhancing its domestic executive compensation offering. Falik will also serve as Co-Chair of the US Executive Compensation practice alongside senior counsel Howard Adler.
Falik brings over 20 years of experience advising various clients in transactional matters, including private and publicly held corporations, on the executive compensation and employee benefits issues arising in mergers, sales, and other acquisitions, dispositions, and initial public offerings. Plus, he regularly provides guidance on compliance with ERISA, tax, corporate, federal and state securities laws and other laws and regulations affecting employee benefit plans, programs and arrangements. He also advises clients on compensation and benefits issues unique to bankruptcy and restructuring transactions.
