CloudAvanti has appointed Oracle services executive Brad Dever as chief commercial officer and managing director, effective January 19, as the boutique consulting firm looks to scale its go-to-market efforts and expand across North America.
Dever will oversee CloudAvanti’s commercial strategy, including sales execution, client growth, market expansion and strategic partnerships, with a mandate to build a scalable commercial model while maintaining a focus on client experience and delivery quality.
Dever most recently led sales for Accenture’s Oracle Business Group in Canada, supporting enterprise transformation programs spanning Oracle Cloud finance (ERP), human capital management (HCM), enterprise performance management (EPM), supply chain management (SCM) and technology. Before Accenture acquired Cloudworks in July 2021, Dever served on Cloudworks’ leadership team, where he helped drive growth and deepen client partnerships across the Oracle ecosystem.
