Cloudcomputing announced the acquisition of Innovate IT Ltd, a UK-based identity and access management specialist, as part of its strategy to scale internationally and deepen capabilities in digital identity and cybersecurity.
The transaction is expected to significantly boost Cloudcomputing’s growth in 2026 and expand its delivery capacity in the UK and United States by fourfold, as demand rises for identity and access management solutions amid increasing cyber threats and the rapid adoption of artificial intelligence.
Innovate IT brings more than two decades of experience in identity, access management, and cloud security, along with an established presence in the UK and operations in the U.S. The acquisition strengthens Cloudcomputing’s ability to deliver complex, multinational cybersecurity and identity projects across a broader range of industries.
Founded in 2010, Cloudcomputing reported €7 million in revenue in 2025 and has completed more than 600 projects across 70 countries. The company is part of Allurity Group, a European cybersecurity platform with approximately 800 employees across 18 countries.
The deal also expands Cloudcomputing’s sector reach beyond its existing footprint in financial services, telecoms, insurance, logistics, legal, education, and healthcare into new areas, including sports, entertainment, media, the public sector, and retail.
The acquisition reflects Cloudcomputing’s broader strategy of combining organic growth with targeted M&A to build scale and strengthen expertise in identity governance and AI-driven security environments.
