Cloverleaf Networks said it has raised a strategic venture capital investment from Super K Ventures to accelerate growth and product development across its business connectivity, cybersecurity, and collaboration portfolio.
The Phoenix-based company positions itself as a provider of next-generation connectivity, cybersecurity, and collaboration solutions for distributed workforces. Cloverleaf said the new funding will be used to speed innovation across its flagship products, including Cloverleaf Connect, Cloverleaf Anywhere, Cloverleaf SASE, and its collaboration platform Ryver, while also expanding its market reach in the United States and internationally.
Cloverleaf said the financing supports its broader goal of delivering a more resilient and customer-centric approach to business connectivity. The company also said the investment will enable increased hiring across engineering, product development, and customer success, and support expansion of its managed services footprint as it scales national delivery capabilities.
A core element of the company’s strategy is its SaaS operations platform, CLOE, which Cloverleaf described as a centralized interface for network visibility, proactive monitoring, and simplified network management. Cloverleaf said CLOE will expand its AI-driven analytics and automation capabilities, aiming to help IT teams maintain network health and security in real time across remote, hybrid, and multi-site environments.
Super K Ventures, which focuses on early-stage technology investments, said it is backing Cloverleaf based on a combination of technology, customer focus, and execution, and highlighted the company’s role in supporting organizations managing distributed workforce connectivity and security requirements.
