Coalfire, a cybersecurity services and solutions company backed by funds advised by Apax Partners, announced it has appointed Brad Little as chief executive officer as it looks to scale its position in cybersecurity, cloud modernization, and AI-led transformation.
Little joins from Google Cloud, where he served as global head of professional services and led efforts to integrate AI and agentic transformation into the company’s services offerings alongside data- and security-focused capabilities. Coalfire said he will bring that experience to support its growth strategy as demand increases for trusted partners that can help regulated organizations adopt new technologies securely.
Before Google Cloud, Little spent more than two decades at Capgemini, most recently as executive vice president and global head of application services, overseeing more than 58,000 employees and about $5 billion in global revenue, according to the company.
Tom McAndrew, who led Coalfire for two decades, will transition from CEO to a board and senior advisory role to support continuity as the company expands offerings in cybersecurity, AI services, and threat remediation.
