This move significantly expands the company’s presence and service capabilities throughout Central and Northern California. The acquisition marks a strategic growth step as Coast Counties strengthens its ability to support Peterbilt customers across a broader geographic footprint.
The integration brings Golden State Peterbilt’s locations, employees, customers, and operational capabilities into the Coast Counties organization. Former Golden State Peterbilt sites will now operate as Coast Counties – East, and all employees from those branches have joined Coast Counties in their current roles to ensure continuity for customers, suppliers, and partners. The company stated that the expanded network will create a more robust and connected support system for transportation industry clients.
