COEO Solutions has acquired NetWolves Network Services, expanding its managed networking, connectivity and cybersecurity capabilities for multi-location middle-market companies. Financial terms were not disclosed.
COEO is a portfolio company of Riata Capital Group and provides managed network, cloud communications, security and IT services.
The NetWolves transaction is COEO’s second acquisition of 2026 following its April purchase of S-NET Communications.
NetWolves helps organizations design, secure, monitor and manage enterprise networks, cloud infrastructure and connectivity.
The acquisition adds a carrier-agnostic connectivity practice, additional network scale and 24-hour managed services.
It also strengthens COEO’s software-defined wide-area networking and managed connectivity capabilities.
The combined company intends to operate as a single provider across networking, communications, security and broader IT infrastructure for multi-location companies.
Longtime NetWolves executives Peter Castle and Scott Foote will serve as senior advisers during the transition, focusing particularly on continuity for the company’s largest customers.
COEO plans to migrate customers to a unified portal displaying circuit inventory, billing information and support-ticket status.
The platform will use AI-driven analysis to report on network performance, traffic, service-level agreement compliance and other operating measures.
NetWolves channel partners will gain access to COEO’s wider product portfolio and national partner program.
The DAK Group served as NetWolves’ exclusive financial adviser, while Benesch acted as COEO’s legal counsel.
Riata Capital’s principals have deployed more than $2 billion across 47 platform investments and 450 add-on acquisitions representing $7.7 billion in total transaction value.
