COEO Solutions, a Riata Capital Group portfolio company focused on managed network and cloud communications for multi-location mid-market enterprises, has acquired S-NET Communications, a Schaumburg, Illinois-based managed technology provider. Financial terms were not disclosed.
S-NET brings a fully integrated platform of managed network and cloud communications services, including SD-WAN, SASE, managed firewall, UCaaS, CCaaS, direct internet access, and managed IT services, along with specialized expertise serving hospitality, quick-service restaurant, and franchise, and healthcare customers. The acquisition also adds S-NET’s AI-powered contact center platform featuring conversational self-service, real-time agent guidance, and customer sentiment analysis. S-NET’s 20-year operating history and concierge-level service model are designed to complement COEO’s existing strengths in managed networking.
