Gioffre & Company was founded by Anthony Gioffre and employs a team of five professionals. The firm provides outsourced accounting, financial reporting, and tax services to both public and private clients across the nation.
This merger enhances Cohen & Co’s presence in the New York Tri-State area and expands its network of offices. Calfee, Halter & Griswold advised Cohen & Co on this transaction. This marks Cohen & Co’s third acquisition in 2025, following earlier mergers in Cleveland and Chicago.
