CohnReznick has added Bryan DaCanal as a Managing Director in its Transaction Advisory Services practice, expanding the professional services firm’s financial and operational due diligence capabilities. DaCanal will be based in West Palm Beach, Florida.
He advises private equity sponsors, strategic buyers, business owners and investors on buy-side and sell-side transactions.
DaCanal has advised on more than 225 transactions across software, media and technology, business services, home services, franchisors and franchisees, manufacturing and distribution, and retail and consumer products.
His experience includes financial and operational due diligence, quality-of-earnings analyses, working capital analysis and target determination, carve-outs, key performance indicator analysis, and evaluation of transaction synergies.
Before joining CohnReznick, DaCanal was a Director in the Transaction Advisory Services practice of a national professional services firm.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Davidson College and a Master of Science in Accountancy from Wake Forest University School of Business.
DaCanal is a Certified Public Accountant in North Carolina with Florida reciprocity and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
