Coldstream has appointed Megan Hannah as Chief Client Experience Officer and promoted Ian Curtiss to lead its Wealth Strategy Group as the employee-owned financial services firm expands its leadership team.
The appointments are part of Coldstream’s investment in leadership development, succession planning, and client experience infrastructure as the firm continues expanding.
Anne Marie Stonich, who helped develop Coldstream’s Wealth Strategy Group, family office capabilities, and client experience platform, will serve as Co-Chief Client Experience Officer with Hannah through the end of 2026.
After the transition, Stonich will continue in a senior leadership capacity focused on expanding Coldstream’s presence in Bend, developing relationships with complex families and centers of influence, and advancing the firm’s family office business.
Hannah joins with more than 25 years of experience across RIAs and global asset managers. Most recently, she was Chief Operating Officer and Portfolio Manager at Emerald Advisors, where she worked on strategy, growth, and client experience initiatives.
Earlier, Hannah held investment research and leadership roles at BlackRock Alternative Advisors, where she worked on investment processes, client reporting systems, and cross-functional operating models.
Curtiss has been a Coldstream wealth manager since 2021 and helped develop the Wealth Strategy Group alongside Stonich. He will now lead the group as it supports advisors and clients with advanced planning, investment strategy, and coordinated advice, and will join Coldstream’s Executive Leadership Team.
Coldstream oversees more than $15 billion in total client assets as of March 31, 2026 and has nearly tripled in size since 2021 while remaining employee-owned and independent of outside capital partners.
