Collaboration.Ai, an AI-based software and services company, said it has acquired innosabi GmbH, a global innovation management provider, in a move aimed at building a more connected platform that helps organizations move from early insight to execution across the full innovation lifecycle. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Collaboration.Ai said the deal adds scale and maturity to its portfolio—particularly its NetworkOS and CrowdVector platforms—by bringing in innosabi’s modular innovation management suite spanning insight discovery, idea development, collaboration, evaluation, and delivery. innosabi’s platform is used by more than 300 organizations and 1.2 million active users across more than 30 countries, according to the company.
Under the new ownership, innosabi will continue serving its global customer base while gaining access to Collaboration.Ai’s agentic AI capabilities, graph-based intelligence, and a more unified approach to innovation and collaboration. Collaboration.Ai said the combined offering is designed to help teams operate with greater cohesion in fast-moving environments where priorities shift and execution requirements are high.
The company also framed the acquisition as part of its broader investment in agentic AI-powered software and services supporting critical programs across government and industry, while maintaining continuity and reliability for customers and partners.
