Pledge Health brings a visual AI agent builder that allows healthcare teams to automate workflows using API integrations and browser-based automation, particularly in environments where traditional integrations are limited. These workflows include eligibility checks, insurance data capture, pre-registration, network validation, cost estimation, approvals management, and upfront payment collection.
With the integration, Collectly expects to expand the scope and depth of automation across patient financial operations, moving beyond feature-level tools toward outcome-driven workflow execution.
