Coller Capital and Cherry Bank announced a distribution partnership to provide Cherry Bank clients with access to Coller Capital’s private credit secondaries investment strategy. The partnership is intended to broaden access to institutional-quality private markets strategies for wealth investors in Italy and across Europe.
The partnership marks another milestone for Coller Capital’s Private Wealth Secondaries Solutions platform in Europe. It also aligns with Cherry Bank’s strategy of giving clients access to specialist private markets opportunities through collaborations with global investment managers.
Coller Capital said private credit secondaries is one of the fastest-growing segments within private markets. Transaction volume nearly doubled to $20 billion in 2025 as investors increasingly sought portfolio management solutions and liquidity tools within the expanding private credit market.
Coller’s strategy focuses on investing in existing portfolios of private credit assets. This approach can provide exposure to seasoned investments with known underlying exposures and established cash flow characteristics.
The partnership reflects growing demand from wealth investors for private markets strategies that can provide diversification and resilient risk-adjusted returns. Cherry Bank said private credit secondaries may appeal to investors seeking diversified income with lower correlation to other parts of their portfolios.
Cherry Bank also said the relationship will provide insight into Coller’s deal flow and underwriting philosophy. The companies said this will support a deeper and more integrated investment relationship.
Coller Capital is a global private markets secondaries firm. Cherry Bank is expanding its private markets offering by partnering with specialist managers across investment strategies.

Our partnership with Cherry Bank will broaden access to private credit secondaries, a market segment that we believe remains under allocated for many investors despite its resilient income characteristics and demonstrable track-record.”
