Coller Capital announced that its Coller Secondaries Private Equity Opportunities Fund has exceeded $1 billion in assets under management as of September 2025, marking a major milestone for the evergreen vehicle launched in April 2024. The achievement reflects growing investor demand for access to private market secondaries through structures that offer liquidity, diversification, and long-term performance.
The fund has gained momentum across institutional, intermediary, and private wealth channels, offering investors exposure to a wide range of secondary transactions. C-SPEF provides a diversified allocation to private equity portfolios across North America, Europe, and Asia, and its approach has helped position it as a prominent solution within the expanding wealth-focused secondaries landscape.
During its first 18 months, the fund’s Class I-shares generated a 17.93% annualized return since inception, supported by a broad portfolio of 128 investments and exposure to 1,254 underlying companies backed by 70 private equity sponsors, including TPG, CVC, Carlyle, and Blackstone. The fund’s structure has appealed to investors seeking private market access with potentially shorter investment durations and more predictable cash-flow profiles than traditional primary private equity funds.
The milestone coincides with broader growth within Coller Capital’s Private Wealth Secondaries Solutions business, which has raised over $5 billion globally since its launch in 2023. The platform now includes more than 65 dedicated professionals across North America and Europe, benefitting from Coller’s global presence in 10 offices.
