Colliers announced that its engineering division, through Canadian platform Englobe Corporation, has entered into an agreement to acquire Québec-based engineering consulting firm Pluritec Ltd. As part of the transaction, Pluritec’s senior leadership team will become shareholders of Englobe under Colliers’ partnership model and will help guide the combined organization’s future growth. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Founded in 1972, Pluritec employs approximately 200 professionals and provides multidisciplinary engineering services, including civil and structural engineering, building mechanical and electrical systems, transportation, water treatment, and municipal infrastructure. The company operates six offices across southern Québec.

The acquisition supports Colliers’ strategy of expanding its multidisciplinary engineering capabilities in Québec, one of Canada’s largest and fastest-growing engineering markets. By adding Pluritec’s expertise, Englobe strengthens its ability to deliver comprehensive infrastructure and engineering solutions throughout the province.

According to Colliers, the transaction further reinforces its partnership-focused growth model, which emphasizes local leadership, decentralized operations, and long-term ownership opportunities for professionals joining the platform.
