Collins Aerospace Awarded Up To $95 Million Air Force ATNAVICS Logistics Support Contract

Collins Aerospace has been awarded a U.S. Air Force indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with a ceiling value of $95 million to provide contractor logistics support for the Air Traffic Navigation, Integration, and Coordination System program.

The contract, identified as FA2330-26-D-B001, establishes a long-term framework under which the Air Force can issue individual orders for logistics support requirements associated with the ATNAVICS program.

Work will be performed at Robins Air Force Base in Georgia and in Largo, Florida, and is expected to continue through September 2036.

The Air Force awarded the contract to Collins Aerospace on a sole-source basis.

Fiscal 2026 procurement funds totaling approximately $2.47 million are being obligated at the time of the initial award.

Because the agreement is structured as an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract, the $95 million represents the overall contract ceiling rather than an amount that is necessarily obligated immediately.

The structure gives the Air Force the ability to place orders for required logistics support during the contract period while remaining within the established ceiling.

ATNAVICS is designed to support air traffic management requirements, and the latest contract provides a framework for Collins Aerospace to continue supporting the system over a period extending approximately 10 years.

The award adds to a series of recent U.S. military contracts secured by Collins Aerospace.

In late September, the U.S. Navy awarded Rockwell Collins, doing business as Collins Aerospace Government Systems, a separate $249.7 million IDIQ contract for GPS-based range instrumentation test and training systems. That contract covers airborne and ground-based equipment along with engineering and technical support, sustainment and modernization of systems including the Common Range Integrated Instrumentation System and Tactical Combat Training System II. Work under that agreement is expected to continue through September 2031.

Collins also received a U.S. Army contract in August valued at up to $472 million to provide engineering services supporting modernization and sustainment of the CH-47 Chinook helicopter fleet. The work includes avionics upgrades intended to integrate new capabilities, address obsolescence and strengthen the aircraft’s avionics architecture.

That Chinook contract includes work in Huntsville, Alabama, and Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and supports the Army’s push toward more common, open and reusable avionics architectures across its aviation fleet.

Collins has also been expanding its long-term commercial aerospace service agreements. In September, Royal Brunei Airlines selected the company for two 12-year FlightSense and Dispatch service contracts covering its current and future Boeing 787 fleet. Those agreements include support for avionics, electrical power, environmental control, cargo and lighting systems.

The company also signed three multi-year agreements with ST Engineering’s Commercial Aerospace business covering Boeing 787 component repairs, broader procurement of Collins Power & Controls spare parts and continued repair support for Airbus A320 and Boeing 737 line-replaceable units.

The latest $95 million Air Force award therefore extends a recent run of contracts for Collins across military modernization, test and training infrastructure, air traffic systems and commercial aircraft support.

The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center at Hanscom Air Force Base in Massachusetts is the contracting activity for the ATNAVICS contract.
