Columna Capital announced it has successfully closed Columna Capital Fund III. This marks the third and largest fund capital raise since Columna Capital’s maiden fund launched in 2016.
The successful closing secures €290 million of commitments and highlights strong investor confidence and demand from a global fund investor base.
Columna Fund III has attracted high-caliber fund investors, including institutional and family office, endowment, and high-net-worth investors based in the US, UK, France, Switzerland, Italy, and South Africa.
This fund is grounded by a significant re-up rate, with 75% of investors increasing their commitment compared to Fund II. It is complemented by new investors attracted to Columna’s partnership strategy and strong track record.
This achievement is especially notable given the widely reported headwinds in the private equity fundraising environment over the past couple of years and reflects the strength of Columna’s track record, with its fully-realized Fund I marked as a top performer in Europe for its vintage.
