Computomic announced that it has received a strategic growth investment from Washington Harbour Partners.

Computomic is a global Databricks delivery partner focused on enterprise data modernization, legacy migrations, and AI transformation initiatives across regulated industries and the public sector. Terms of the investment were not disclosed.

The announcement was made during the Databricks Data + AI Summit. Computomic said the partnership will help the company scale its Databricks practice, expand customer capacity, and pursue larger strategic engagements while preserving its leadership, culture, delivery model, and Databricks-first focus.

Computomic has delivered more than 250 Databricks projects across financial services, healthcare, life sciences, public sector, and manufacturing. The company said it has built a reputation for completing complex and strategic enterprise engagements on time and on budget.

The investment comes as organizations across industries seek to deploy AI while modernizing legacy data systems that were not originally built for modern analytics, machine learning, or agentic AI systems. Computomic helps enterprises migrate from legacy architectures to Databricks-based environments that can support large-scale AI adoption.

The company’s work includes modernization programs involving thousands of legacy objects, hundreds of ETL workflows, and complex enterprise data environments where governance, security, and reliability are critical.

Through the partnership with Washington Harbour Partners, Computomic plans to deepen its presence in the Databricks ecosystem while investing in talent, innovation, and new industry solutions built on the Databricks Data Intelligence platform.

The investment is also expected to help Computomic expand its capabilities in enterprise modernization, AI adoption, and next-generation data architecture transformation.

Washington Harbour Partners is a private investment firm focused on national security, defense technologies, cybersecurity, enterprise software, and technology-enabled services. The firm said it will help Computomic expand into new markets and broaden its customer solution portfolio.

Clearsight Advisors served as exclusive financial advisor to Computomic.
