CONCÉ is an AI-powered hiring intelligence platform designed for luxury, premium, and consumer-facing brands. The platform aims to help companies move beyond traditional resume screening and application management through intelligent matchmaking, predictive talent analysis, contextual insights, and curated talent ecosystems. Pulse 2.0 interviewed CONCÉ Founder Meghan Houle to learn more.
Meghan Houle’s Background And Career Journey

When asked about her background and career journey, Houle shared:
I’ve spent the last two decades operating at the intersection of luxury retail, executive recruiting, and talent strategy. My career began leading high-performing teams within luxury fashion before transitioning into executive search, where I partnered with globally recognized brands including LVMH, Louis Vuitton, emerging consumer startups, and high-growth beauty and wellness companies.
Over the years, I built a reputation not simply as a recruiter, but as a strategic advisor helping companies make smarter leadership decisions during periods of growth, transformation, and scaling.
After placing thousands of professionals across North America, I noticed something alarming: hiring had become increasingly sophisticated in volume, but not in intelligence. Companies had more applications, more platforms, and more data than ever before, yet decision quality and access to the RIGHT talent was declining.
That realization became the catalyst for building CONCÉ.
How CONCÉ Started
When asked what led her to build CONCÉ, Houle explained:
CONCÉ was born from seeing firsthand how outdated and reactive the hiring industry had become.
Most hiring systems today are still built around resumes, keyword searches, and application volume, infrastructure designed for a pre-AI world. Meanwhile, companies are making million-dollar hiring decisions with fragmented data and very little true hiring intelligence.
I kept coming back to one question: why are we still treating hiring like an administrative workflow instead of a business intelligence function?
The future of hiring is not about collecting more resumes. It’s about surfacing better signals.
CONCÉ was built to create a more intelligent hiring ecosystem, one that helps companies identify alignment, leadership capability, trajectory, communication style, and long-term potential in a far more predictive way than traditional recruiting methods allow today.
Solving The Hiring Intelligence Gap
When asked what problem CONCÉ is solving in the hiring and talent space, Houle said:
We are solving the intelligence gap in hiring.
The modern hiring market is overwhelmed by noise. Companies receive thousands of applications but still struggle to identify the right talent efficiently. Existing systems organize applicants, but they do not generate meaningful hiring intelligence.
A resume tells you where someone worked. It tells you very little about whether they are actually positioned to succeed in your business.
CONCÉ helps companies move from reactive recruiting to predictive talent intelligence.
We’re building infrastructure that allows organizations to make smarter, faster, and more informed hiring decisions through AI-powered matchmaking, contextual analysis, and intelligent talent visibility, while still keeping human judgment at the center.
Ultimately, we believe hiring is one of the most important business decisions a company makes, yet historically it has lacked the intelligence systems afforded to other critical business functions like finance, marketing, or operations.
Most Meaningful Milestone
When asked about the company’s most meaningful milestone so far, Houle highlighted:
The most meaningful milestone has been seeing industry leaders immediately recognize the problem we’re solving.
In our first month of our beta launch, we locked in $100K in revenue from brands wanting to use the platform. We also have a professional waitlist of over 25K+ and growing by the day. Everyone is excited for the “Bumble” for jobs. The first of its kind, professional matchmaking.
The market is already validating an appetite for new technology and a better investment to get premium access to talent and job opportunities outside these known platforms everyone has been using for years.
When founders, CEOs, and operators hear the CONCÉ vision, the reaction is often: “This is exactly where hiring needs to go. IT IS SO NEEDED.”
Each and every validation matters because we are not building another job board or applicant tracking system. We are building a new category around hiring intelligence.
Another major milestone has been successfully translating two decades of recruiting expertise into scalable technology infrastructure. That bridge between human insight and AI-powered intelligence is where I believe the future of hiring lives. It is the most defensible moat.

Core Platform And Audience
When asked what CONCÉ does today and who its core audience is, Houle detailed:
CONCÉ is an AI-powered hiring intelligence platform designed for luxury, premium, and consumer-facing brands.
Today, we help companies modernize the hiring process from job description to job offer through intelligent matchmaking, predictive talent analysis, and curated talent ecosystems.
Our platform combines AI-powered hiring and talent infrastructure with deep industry expertise to create significantly higher-quality hiring outcomes with better access to a vetted ecosystem.
Our core audience includes:
- Founders
- CEOs
- Talent leaders
- Luxury and consumer brands
- High-growth startups
- Premium retail, beauty, wellness, and fashion companies
We are especially focused on industries where leadership quality, customer experience, and brand alignment directly impact business performance.
AI And Talent Intelligence
When asked how AI is shaping CONCÉ’s approach to talent intelligence and hiring, Houle explained:
AI is fundamentally changing how talent is discovered, evaluated, and understood.
But at CONCÉ, we believe the future is not AI replacing human decision-making, it’s AI enhancing hiring intelligence.
We leverage AI to identify patterns, improve signal recognition, accelerate matchmaking, and create more contextual understanding around talent and organizational fit.
The opportunity is far bigger than automation.
We are entering an era where hiring becomes increasingly predictive rather than reactive. AI allows us to move beyond static resumes into multidimensional talent intelligence that considers communication, alignment, trajectory, adaptability, and leadership potential.
In many ways, the hiring industry has historically operated with limited intelligence infrastructure. AI changes that completely.
Challenges In Building CONCÉ
When asked about some of the biggest challenges in building the company, Houle said:
One of the biggest challenges has been disrupting deeply embedded hiring behavior.
Most companies know the current system is inefficient, but many organizations are still operating inside decades-old recruiting infrastructure because it’s familiar.
We are challenging the assumption that hiring should revolve around resumes, mass applications, and keyword filtering.
Another challenge has been balancing innovation with trust. Hiring impacts people’s careers, livelihoods, and company culture. That means the technology must not only be powerful, it must also be responsible, explainable, and human-centered.
Building true hiring intelligence requires both technical sophistication and deep understanding of human behavior.
Most Significant Achievement
When asked about her most significant achievement to date, Houle explained:
Building credibility strong enough to challenge an entire industry model.
Over the course of my career, I’ve built trusted relationships with founders, executives, and some of the most recognized brands in luxury and consumer business. That trust created the foundation to step beyond traditional recruiting and build something significantly larger.
From a company standpoint, one of our greatest achievements has been positioning CONCÉ not as another HR tech platform, but as an intelligence company focused on improving hiring decision quality at scale.
Traction And Growth
When asked about traction, funding, and growth highlights, Houle shared:
We’re currently in an exciting growth phase with strong interest from luxury, retail, beauty, wellness, female founder-led and consumer-facing companies looking to modernize how they approach talent acquisition and hiring intelligence.
Across my recruiting career, I’ve built over $15 million in agency business and placed thousands of professionals throughout North America, which has created a powerful foundation of industry relationships and market insight for CONCÉ.
We’re seeing increasing momentum around the idea that hiring requires a fundamentally more intelligent infrastructure layer, particularly as AI rapidly reshapes workforce dynamics and companies become more focused on precision, efficiency, and long-term talent strategy.
Competitive Differentiation
When asked what differentiates CONCÉ from traditional recruiting or hiring platforms, Houle said:
Traditional hiring platforms primarily function as workflow systems.
CONCÉ is designed as a hiring intelligence platform.
Most existing systems focus on managing applications. We focus on improving decision quality.
Our differentiation comes from:
- Predictive talent intelligence
- Intelligent matchmaking
- AI-powered contextual analysis
- Human-centered hiring infrastructure
- Curated talent ecosystems
- Soft-skill and leadership alignment
- Explainable AI logic
- Premium candidate and employer experience
We are not trying to create more hiring activity. We are trying to create smarter hiring outcomes.
How Hiring Will Evolve
When asked how she sees hiring evolving over the next three to five years, Houle explained:
I believe hiring will evolve from a recruiting function into a true intelligence function.
Over the next several years, we will see a major shift away from static resumes, mass-market job boards, and keyword-based filtering into a far more intelligence-driven ecosystem powered by predictive hiring intelligence, AI-powered talent visibility, and dynamic professional profiles that go far beyond the traditional resume.
Companies will move toward more curated talent ecosystems designed around precision rather than volume, enabling faster and significantly more accurate hiring decisions.
As AI continues reshaping the workforce, there will also be a greater emphasis placed on soft skills, adaptability, communication, and long-term leadership potential, qualities that are often missed by legacy systems today.
Ultimately, the companies that win will be those that build and leverage their own talent intelligence systems as a strategic business asset rather than relying solely on outdated third-party hiring infrastructure.
The companies that win in the future will not necessarily be the ones with the biggest pipelines. They will be the ones with the best intelligence.
Future Goals
When discussing CONCÉ’s future goals, Houle said:
Our goal is to build the intelligence infrastructure powering the future of hiring.
We want CONCÉ to become the trusted hiring intelligence layer for luxury, consumer, and high-growth brands looking to make better talent decisions with greater speed, precision, and confidence.
As we continue scaling, we’re focused on expanding enterprise partnerships, advancing our AI capabilities responsibly, and continuing to challenge outdated hiring systems that no longer reflect how modern businesses operate.
Long-term, we believe hiring intelligence will become one of the most valuable strategic assets a company owns.
The Future Of Hiring
When invited to share anything else with readers, Houle concluded:
We are entering one of the biggest workforce transformations in modern history.
AI is changing how businesses operate, how professionals work, and how talent gets discovered. But despite all the technology shifts happening around us, one thing remains true: great companies are still built by great people.
The problem is that most hiring systems were never designed to identify human potential intelligently.
That is the future we are building toward with CONCÉ, a world where hiring becomes more predictive, more intelligent, more human, and ultimately far more effective than the systems we rely on today.
