Conceal: $26 Million Series B Raised To Advance Growth Of Browser-Native Zero Trust And Security Service Edge Platform

By Amit Chowdhry • Oct 17, 2025

Conceal, the cybersecurity company pioneering browser-native Security Service Edge (SSE) and proxy-less Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) technology, announced it has raised $26 million in Series B funding to accelerate product innovation, expand go-to-market operations, and grow its team. The funding round was led by Two Bear Capital, with continued participation from Allegis Cyber and Gula Tech Adventures.

The new investment will bolster Conceal’s efforts to help organizations deliver trusted, seamless access and in-browser security for employees and third-party contractors, regardless of location. The funding also supports the company’s mission to simplify enterprise cybersecurity by eliminating the complexity and inefficiency of legacy secure access tools like VPNs, proxies, and cloud-routed SSE products.

CEO Eric Cornelius said the Series B financing will help Conceal redefine how enterprises achieve zero-trust security. The company’s browser-native platform merges connectivity and security into a single solution, allowing organizations to cut costs, reduce operational burden, and improve user experience without compromising protection.

Conceal’s Browser-Native SSE Platform uses advanced in-browser technology to connect users directly to applications, eliminating the need for VPNs, virtual desktop infrastructures (VDIs), or proxies. Unlike enterprise browsers that require new installations, Conceal’s lightweight extension integrates seamlessly with existing browsers, enabling rapid adoption and consistent security across managed and unmanaged devices.

For unmanaged environments, users can log into the Conceal Console to gain secure, policy-based access to authorized private resources—no local software installation required. Meanwhile, IT and security teams gain end-to-end visibility into user activity, access patterns, and potential threats. Conceal’s platform integrates with leading security tools and data systems such as SIEM, XDR, Splunk, SOAR, and other business intelligence solutions, providing detailed insights and executive-level reporting on risk reduction and security performance.

Mike Goguen, Founder and Managing Partner at Two Bear Capital, said Conceal’s approach represents a breakthrough in how modern enterprises manage secure connectivity. By building security directly into the browser layer, Conceal enables zero-trust access that scales naturally with how today’s distributed workforce operates.

The company’s growth comes as enterprises increasingly move away from traditional connectivity solutions that add latency, cost, and complexity. Conceal’s browser-native model provides direct, secure access to applications, supporting both remote and hybrid workforces with lower overhead and stronger protection.

By consolidating both the security and connectivity stacks into one unified platform, Conceal allows organizations to reallocate budgets and talent toward other critical IT and security priorities. This integration simplifies operations, accelerates threat response, and reduces reliance on fragmented technologies that often leave security gaps.

Conceal’s latest funding reflects increasing investor confidence in browser-native architecture as the next evolution of zero-trust cybersecurity. With Two Bear Capital’s backing, the company plans to expand product capabilities, strengthen its market presence, and continue developing strategic partnerships to support its rapidly growing enterprise customer base.

KEY QUOTES:

“We are thrilled to have Two Bear Capital lead this newest investment in our vision to change the way organizations reach their zero-trust and browser security goals. For years, organizations have relied on inefficient methods of delivering secure access and browser protection, often leaving gaping holes that attackers could exploit. Our direct approach to zero trust and in-browser security finally delivers on the promise of tech-stack consolidation, driving out complexity, cost, and friction.”

Eric Cornelius, CEO, Conceal

“Conceal’s browser-native approach represents a major shift in how enterprises deliver secure access. They are addressing one of cybersecurity’s biggest challenges, simplifying secure connectivity without sacrificing control and doing it in a way that scales naturally with how people work today.
