Concentra has acquired four Minnesota Occupational Health medical centers in the Twin Cities, expanding its statewide network to 10 occupational health centers. The acquired centers are located in Coon Rapids, Eagan, St. Paul and Shakopee.
Beginning August 17, the locations will operate under the Concentra brand while continuing to serve existing patients and employer customers.
Concentra plans to integrate its clinical standards, technology and occupational health capabilities into the centers.
The company also plans substantial improvements at the St. Paul/Midway location, which it intends to establish as a flagship occupational health facility for the region.
Concentra has operated in Minnesota since 2018.
Its services include workplace injury treatment, physical therapy, drug testing, Department of Transportation physicals, pre-placement examinations, medical surveillance and other programs aimed at workforce readiness and return-to-work outcomes.
Telemedicine for minor workplace injuries will also be available through Concentra Telemed.
Nationally, Concentra has approximately 13,000 employees, affiliated physicians and clinicians.
As of June 30, 2026, the company operated 633 occupational health centers and 415 employer-site clinics across 46 states and Washington, D.C., supporting approximately 54,000 patient visits per business day on average.
