Concorde International Group, a Singapore-based provider of integrated security services, has completed an agreement through its subsidiary, Concorde International Group Pte. Ltd., to acquire the assets of Software Risk, a cloud-based facilities management software platform. The deal marks a strategic move to broaden Concorde’s technology capabilities and create new revenue opportunities in the fast-growing facilities management sector.

The acquisition includes all key platform assets—such as modules, source code, object code, documentation, and related materials—but excludes hardware, goodwill, domains, and unrelated trading activities. The purchase price consists of AUD 50,000 in cash, 100,000 restricted Class A Ordinary Shares (subject to a 12-month lock-up), and a 10% revenue share from Australian market income generated by the platform over the next year. An independent valuation in 2023 placed Software Risk’s worth at approximately $57.5 million.

Software Risk is designed to centralize and streamline the oversight of complex facilities operations across single or multiple sites. Its SaaS platform offers tools for managing maintenance, physical security, visitor access, cleaning, waste disposal, environmental monitoring, incident reporting, and task scheduling. Accessible via web and mobile applications, it enables automation, real-time data tracking, and integration with third-party systems, helping organizations improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain high service standards.

By integrating Software Risk into its patented Mobile Surveillance and Response ecosystem, Concorde aims to offer a unified platform that combines facilities management with mobile security and rapid response capabilities. This integration is expected to enhance incident management, improve resource coordination, and provide greater operational visibility for clients.

The deal comes at a time when the global facilities management software market—valued at around USD 3.8 billion in 2024—is projected to grow to USD 9.6 billion by 2033. The broader facilities management industry, including both digital and on-site services, is also forecast to expand significantly, driven by demand for IoT-enabled, integrated systems.

Concorde, established in 1997, is known for its “I-Guarding Solutions” suite, which includes the patented I-Man Facility Sprinter—a mobile platform delivering both security and facility maintenance services. The addition of Software Risk aligns with the company’s strategy to merge advanced technology with its core security offerings, positioning it to serve a wider range of industries with comprehensive, value-driven solutions.

KEY QUOTES:

“The acquisition of Software Risk’s assets strengthens our technology portfolio and expands our capabilities in the facilities management sector. By offering a fully integrated, cloud-based platform, we can help organizations enhance productivity, reduce costs, and streamline operations, delivering greater value to our customers while opening new revenue opportunities for Concorde. Acquiring a ready-to-deploy software saves us tremendous efforts and costs and, most importantly, accelerates our time to market. Its ability to integrate seamlessly across our ecosystem is also of paramount importance. For example, it will greatly enhance the responsiveness of our patented I-Man Facility Sprinter, reinforcing real-time operational requirements for our security services. This transaction reflects our ongoing strategy to integrate advanced technology with our core security services, enabling us to provide comprehensive, value-driven solutions to clients across a wide range of industries.”
