Concorde has appointed Elizabeth Leon as Vice President of Operations, adding an executive with 30 years of financial industry experience to its leadership team.
Leon will support the operational infrastructure behind Concorde’s network of financial professionals as the independent broker-dealer and registered investment adviser continues expanding.
She joins Concorde after most recently serving as Senior Client Service Manager for the Southeast region at J.P. Morgan Advisors in Florida.
Leon has worked across broker-dealer operations, investment advisory and private banking during a career spanning New York and South Florida.
Her previous experience includes roles at Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley and RBC Wealth Management.
Across those positions, Leon has led and coached teams focused on client service while overseeing operational practices, risk mitigation and adherence to firm and regulatory requirements.
She holds FINRA Series 4, 7, 9/10, 24, 31, 53, 63 and 66 licenses.
Leon earned a degree in business administration and management from Berkeley College in New York.
Concorde operates an integrated platform spanning broker-dealer, registered investment advisory and insurance services and serves financial professionals across all 50 states.
