- Condé Nast CEO Roger Lynch has announced Mike Goss as CFO and Deirdre Findlay as CMO
Earlier this year, Condé Nast hired Roger Lynch as CEO. And now the global media company has just announced it has started bringing in some C-level talent to fill in a few other positions.
Former Sotheby’s executive Mike Goss is going to be CFO at Condé Nast. And former Stitch Fix chief marketing officer Deirdre Findlay will now be the chief marketing officer of Condé Nast.
Condé Nast and Condé Nast International combined over a year ago. And Lynch was brought on as the global CEO of the company in April.
At Condé Nast, Goss will be responsible for financial operations at the company along with international business and partnerships. And Findlay will head up consumer marketing responsibilities.
“Mike and Deirdre are both world-class leaders with successful track records of transforming businesses, and they are joining a global leadership team that will help unlock the incredible potential of our brands,” said Lynch.
Lynch also promoted Pamela Drucker Mann — who is the former CMO of the company — to the company’s global chief revenue officer and president of U.S. revenue. And the international sales team at the company was restructured.
Goss also has about 15 years of experience at Bain Capital across multiple roles, including COO and CFO.
“Condé Nast’s portfolio of brands is unmatched in terms of global influence and reach,” added Goss. “I’m looking forward to working with the finance team to help the business compete and succeed worldwide.”
Findlay previously worked at Digitas and in marketing roles at Google where she oversaw the launch of a Google Home campaign.
“I’m very excited to work with this team to help deliver on the incredible potential of these global brands and to build new consumer revenue streams for the business,” explained Findlay.
