In 2003, she founded PharmaLogics Recruiting and grew the business into one of the largest life sciences recruiting firms on the East Coast, employing more than 200 people. Under her leadership, the company was recognized on the Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Companies list and named one of the Boston Globe’s Best Places to Work. In 2018, she was named Small Business CEO of the Year by the Boston Chamber of Commerce.
Webster Equity Partners acquired PharmaLogics in 2017. Driscoll currently serves as CEO of Megan Driscoll Consulting, where she advises founders on scaling their businesses and implementing AI-driven solutions.
