Connectbase Secures Investment From EAM And Acquires Cloud Age

Connectbase announced a significant expansion of its platform with the acquisition of Cloud Age, a SaaS provider of telecom invoice automation and spend management serving more than 1,700 global vendors. The deal strengthens Connectbase’s position as the Operating System for transacting across the global connectivity ecosystem by unifying discovery, quoting, spend intelligence, and automation within a single end-to-end workflow. The company also revealed a new growth investment from Equality Asset Management, which will support the Cloud Age acquisition and accelerate Connectbase’s global expansion and continued platform innovation.

Cloud Age brings deep expertise in structuring complex billing data and transforming it into actionable intelligence for service providers, enabling them to optimize spend, manage operations, and improve performance. Combined with Connectbase’s discovery engine, mapping capabilities, quoting tools, and trusted location intelligence, the integration creates a full lifecycle workflow that spans opportunity identification through spend settlement, designed to increase accuracy, speed, and transparency for providers, partners, and enterprises.
