Consertus: Airosmith Acquisition Expands Telecommunications And Renewable Infrastructure Capabilities

Consertus, a global professional services firm focused on capital program delivery and engineering solutions, announced it has acquired Airosmith Development, a New York–based provider of pre-construction services for wireless, fiber, and renewable energy infrastructure.

The deal adds 105 infrastructure development professionals to Consertus, significantly strengthening its capabilities across telecommunications and clean energy sectors. The acquisition is aimed at meeting growing demand for network capacity, fiber expansion, and renewable energy development.

Airosmith brings expertise across pre-construction services, including site acquisition, project management, architecture and engineering design, structural engineering, and outside plant design. The combined platform will enable Consertus to deliver more comprehensive, end-to-end solutions across the lifecycle of telecommunications and energy infrastructure projects.

Consertus, backed by RTC Partners, operates globally with more than 1,200 professionals and serves clients across industries, including transportation, healthcare, telecommunications, utilities, and manufacturing. The addition of Airosmith enhances its ability to scale services in high-growth infrastructure markets while deepening its technical capabilities in wireless and fiber networks.
