Constellation Cold Logistics acquired Impruv Logistics AS, a Norwegian cold storage and food logistics business, expanding its temperature-controlled warehousing and transport capabilities in Norway.
The acquisition adds approximately 25,000 temperature-controlled pallet positions to Constellation’s Norwegian operations.
Following the transaction, Constellation’s total cold storage capacity in Norway increases to approximately 90,000 pallet positions.
Impruv operates a newly developed facility in Langangen, near Porsgrunn in Southern Norway.
The site is positioned to serve food producers, importers, and distributors across the region and complements Constellation’s existing transport presence in the country.
Impruv was founded by industry professionals with experience in food logistics, warehousing, and supply chain management.
The business serves customers across the Norwegian food supply chain and combines cold storage infrastructure with a focus on operational efficiency and customer service.
Constellation said the acquisition brings more than additional capacity, adding local market knowledge, food logistics expertise, and customer relationships to its broader Nordic platform.
Following completion, Impruv will become part of Constellation’s European network of temperature-controlled logistics facilities.
Constellation plans to combine Impruv’s capabilities with those of its existing Norwegian team to support future growth in the region.
The transaction also advances Constellation’s strategy of building a broader European cold chain logistics network while maintaining local operating expertise.
Constellation currently operates across 10 countries and offers more than 1.2 million pallet positions.
The group provides temperature-controlled warehousing and cold chain logistics services through a pan-European network.
