Constellis has appointed Joseph J. Zobro as Chief Legal and Compliance Officer, strengthening its executive leadership team as the company continues to scale its global operations and governance capabilities.
In this role, Zobro will report directly to the CEO and oversee all legal, regulatory, and compliance functions. His responsibilities include advancing the company’s governance framework and supporting its broader growth strategy as Constellis continues to evolve its leadership structure and expand its capabilities.
The appointment comes during a period of leadership transformation for Constellis, following the addition of a new Chief Executive Officer and an Executive Vice President overseeing its LEXSO business. The company is focused on integrating advanced technology across its operations while continuing to invest in workforce development, training programs, and mission-critical services.
Zobro brings more than a decade of experience across government and commercial technology contracting. His background includes work on major defense systems at Bell Textron, artificial intelligence solutions at C3 AI, and autonomous maritime platforms at Anduril Industries. His experience spans software, hardware, and services delivered to U.S. government agencies, allied nations, and commercial customers, with expertise in acquisition frameworks such as FAR-based contracts, Other Transaction Authority agreements, and enterprise partnerships.
His appointment is expected to enhance Constellis’ ability to navigate complex regulatory environments, accelerate procurement pathways, and strengthen compliance systems to support a wide range of customer requirements.
