Construction Partners has completed the acquisition of Four Star Paving, LLC, a commercial paving contractor operating across the Nashville, Tennessee metro area, strengthening its regional footprint and construction capacity.
The deal integrates Four Star into Construction Partners’ Tennessee platform company, Pavement Restorations, Inc., enhancing the company’s vertically integrated model and expanding its ability to deliver asphalt paving and related infrastructure services in one of the fastest-growing markets in the Southeast.
Four Star Paving brings more than 20 years of experience serving municipal, industrial, and commercial customers in middle Tennessee. The company has also been a long-standing asphalt customer of Construction Partners’ Nashville-area plants, making the acquisition a strategic extension of an existing relationship.
Construction Partners said the transaction will improve operational scale, increase construction capacity, and position the company to capture growing infrastructure demand driven by population and economic expansion in the Nashville metro area.
The company operates across multiple Sunbelt states and focuses primarily on publicly funded infrastructure projects, including roads, highways, airport runways, and bridges, while also serving private sector developments such as commercial and residential sites.
