Convey Health Solutions, a healthcare technology and services company focused on government-sponsored health plans, announced that Michael DiSimone has been appointed chief executive officer effective immediately. DiSimone previously served as the company’s executive vice president and chief commercial officer.
DiSimone succeeds Dan Finke, who has stepped down as CEO following what the company described as a successful tenure leading the organization. Finke will remain on Convey’s board of directors and continue supporting the company in an advisory role.
DiSimone joined Convey in 2025 and led the company’s centralized commercial organization. In that role, he oversaw the alignment of business lines, product, marketing, and sales teams to deliver integrated strategies for clients.
He brings more than 30 years of experience across healthcare and financial services, including leadership roles spanning benefits outsourcing, healthcare reimbursement, retirement administration, HR consulting, and banking.
Before joining Convey, DiSimone served as CEO and president of PayFlex and chief operating officer of Inspira Financial. Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions at Aetna, Mercer, JPMorgan Chase, Affiliated Computer Services, and Mellon Financial Corporation.
Convey Health Solutions provides technology and services designed to help health plans manage member engagement, compliance requirements, and Medicare-related processes. The company’s platforms and operational services support health insurance providers and pharmacy benefit management firms while helping millions of Americans navigate Medicare Advantage and Part D programs.
The company said the leadership transition is intended to support its next phase of growth and further expand its technology-driven healthcare solutions.
