Cooley announced Eric Greig has joined the firm’s Washington, DC, office as the newest partner in the firm’s global life sciences and healthcare regulatory practice. And Greig advises clients on healthcare regulatory, market access and reimbursement strategies across the medical device, pharmaceutical, digital health, biotechnology, diagnostics and healthcare services sectors.
Greig joins from Latham & Watkins, where he most recently worked as a partner in its healthcare and life sciences group. And during his 15-year career, he focused his practice on guiding clients through government reimbursement processes, advocating with federal and state health agencies, and achieving creative solutions to coverage, coding, reimbursement, payment and compliance matters. Plus, he also advises investors, financial institutions and companies on regulatory issues involved in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and financings.
Greig will play a major role in the firm’s CooleyREG offering, providing efficient and comprehensive guidance on current and emerging global regulations.
