COR Secures $30 Million Investment From FTV Capital To Expand AI Profitability Platform

COR has secured a $30 million investment from FTV Capital to scale its artificial intelligence-powered project management and profitability platform for agencies and professional services firms.

The investment will support the development of COR’s agentic AI capabilities, expansion into additional industries and continued international growth.

COR is designed for businesses that generate revenue by completing projects for clients. These organizations must coordinate employees, contractors and increasingly AI agents while understanding whether each engagement is being delivered profitably.

Many agencies and consulting firms continue to rely on manual processes or broad project management products that do not connect staffing, time, revenue and cost information.

COR brings project management, automated time tracking, resource planning and real-time profitability analysis into one system. Its platform is intended to give customers a common record of how client work is planned, completed, measured and monetized.

The system can analyze profitability across an individual project, client relationship, team or employee. COR is also developing capabilities that help organizations manage hybrid teams consisting of people and AI agents.

The company currently serves thousands of teams across 38 countries.

COR was founded in 2017 by CEO Santi Bibiloni, Jose Gettas and Chief Technology Officer Gabriel Marin. The company closed 2025 with 51% year-over-year revenue growth, strong profitability and what it described as high customer retention.

FTV Capital will provide growth capital and operational support as COR enters new markets and expands its enterprise software platform.

As part of the investment, FTV Capital partner Alex Malvone and principal Tommy Tighe will join COR’s board of directors.

FTV Capital has raised more than $10.2 billion and invests across enterprise technology, financial technology, vertical software and healthcare technology.

COR customers include Sancho BBDO, whose CEO said the platform enables the agency to support financial and operational discussions with clients using real-time information.

COR believes this visibility will become more important as AI changes how professional services firms staff engagements, price work and measure employee productivity.
