Coral: C$4 Million Raised To Expand Virtual Midlife Women’s Health Platform Across Canada

By Amit Chowdhry • Apr 1, 2026

Coral, a Canadian virtual healthcare platform focused on midlife women, announced it has raised an additional C$4 million in an acceleration round, bringing its total funding to over $8 million just one year after launch.

The new capital will support national expansion, growth of its clinical teams, and continued development of its AI-driven platform. Coral is targeting the approximately 20 million Canadian women navigating menopause and midlife health, aiming to address what it estimates as a $37 billion women’s health gap in Canada.

The company’s integrated model combines hormonal care, metabolic health, and weight management, positioning itself as an alternative to fragmented, symptom-focused telehealth solutions. Coral reports strong early outcomes from its platform, with 80% of members experiencing improved mental well-being and more than 70% reporting reduced perimenopause and menopause symptoms within 90 days.

The funding round was led by Brightspark, Diagram, AQC Capital, Anges Quebec, and The51, along with additional angel investors. The company plans to use the funding to scale its infrastructure and establish a broader national presence while advancing its data-driven clinical approach.

Coral, founded in 2024, aims to redefine women’s midlife healthcare by delivering personalized, evidence-based care that integrates medical expertise with health coaching and technology.

KEY QUOTES

“For too long, menopause has been addressed as a series of isolated symptoms rather than a complex metabolic and hormonal transition. Unlike fragmented, prescription-led telehealth services for women that focus only on symptoms, Coral delivers an integrated clinical model designed to combine lifestyle and medical interventions, to help women optimize their health for the long term and truly thrive.”
