CoreX Acquires InSource’s ServiceNow Unit To Scale AI-Enabled Delivery Across the Americas

By Amit Chowdhry ● Jan 6, 2026

CoreX, a ServiceNow Elite Consulting and Implementation Partner backed by NewSpring Holdings, has completed the acquisition of InSource’s ServiceNow business unit, with the transaction closing in late December 2025. The deal combines two Elite Partners into a single organization aimed at meeting rising demand for end-to-end, AI-enabled ServiceNow transformations.

CoreX said the acquisition adds InSource’s track record of 1,500+ ServiceNow implementations and a 4.76 customer satisfaction (CSAT) rating at the time of the announcement, while more than doubling CoreX’s U.S.-based employee headcount and doubling ServiceNow certifications. The combined firm also expands geographic coverage and delivery capacity across North America and Latin America, positioning CoreX to support larger, more complex enterprise programs.

CoreX expects the combination to strengthen its capabilities across Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Integrated Risk Management, Operational Technology integration, and AI-ready enterprise architecture, serving customers in sectors including manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, and the public sector.

Support: Fairmount Partners served as the exclusive financial advisor to InSource.

KEY QUOTES:

“This is not growth for growth’s sake, but rather a strategic, deliberate move of scale. By fully integrating InSource into CoreX, we have created a focused consultancy built for scale, execution, and long-term value for ServiceNow customers.”

Rick Wright, Head of CoreX

“InSource was built on delivery strength, trust, and long-term client relationships. Joining forces with CoreX allows us to take everything we do best and amplify it on a much larger stage. This is the right home for our people, the right platform for our customers, and the right partner to accelerate the next chapter of growth.”
