Corsearch Appoints Todd Morris As CEO To Expand AI-Powered Brand Protection Platform

By Amit Chowdhry ● Jul 28, 2026

Corsearch has appointed Todd Morris as Chief Executive Officer as the company expands its use of artificial intelligence across trademark intelligence, online brand protection, and content protection.

Morris joins Corsearch with more than three decades of experience leading technology and consumer businesses, developing brands and building products designed to create measurable customer value.

He most recently served as CEO of InMarket, an AI-powered media and outcomes intelligence company.

Earlier in his career, Morris held leadership roles at Procter & Gamble, served as Global President of Catalina and led Label Insight as CEO before its acquisition by NielsenIQ.

Corsearch said his appointment begins the company’s next phase of growth as businesses place greater strategic importance on protecting brands, intellectual property and customer trust.

The company argues that enterprise value has shifted increasingly toward intangible assets such as brands, proprietary content, trademarks, data and customer relationships.

Artificial intelligence is accelerating the speed at which businesses can create and distribute content, but it is also increasing the scale of potential abuse.

Counterfeit goods, digital impersonation, unauthorized content, trademark conflicts and online fraud can now spread across markets and platforms rapidly.

These risks may affect revenue, customer safety and corporate reputation, moving brand protection beyond a specialized legal issue and into broader executive and board-level discussions.

Corsearch combines trademark intelligence with online brand protection and content protection across what it describes as the complete brand intellectual property lifecycle.

The company’s technology helps businesses identify potential trademark conflicts, make decisions about new brands and monitor digital channels for unauthorized or harmful activity.

Trademark intelligence can support companies as they evaluate whether a proposed brand name is available, assess possible conflicts and determine the likelihood that a trademark can be registered and defended.

Online brand protection involves identifying counterfeit products, impersonation, fraudulent domains, unauthorized sellers and other activity that could confuse customers or damage a brand.

Content protection focuses on detecting and responding to unauthorized use or distribution of protected digital material.

Corsearch combines AI, proprietary data and human expertise to help customers address these issues across markets and online platforms.

The company works with more than 5,000 organizations, including 73 members of the Fortune 100. Its operations are supported by more than 1,500 employees across North America, Europe and Asia.

Corsearch said customers are increasingly moving away from periodic enforcement campaigns toward continuous brand intelligence.

Under a continuous model, companies monitor threats, trademark activity and digital channels on an ongoing basis rather than responding only after a major infringement has already occurred.

This approach may become more important as generative AI lowers the cost of producing convincing websites, advertisements, product images and impersonation campaigns.

Morris will lead continued investment in products including Corsearch Zeal 2.0 and TrademarkNow.

The company is seeking to develop a broader AI-native platform that can help businesses create, manage and protect brand value throughout the intellectual property lifecycle.

Corsearch Board Chair Jeff Hack said Morris’ experience building high-growth technology companies and leadership teams made him well suited to guide the business.

Morris said his initial priority will be listening to customers and employees before defining the company’s next stage of development.

He also emphasized that protecting brands has become a business resilience and customer trust issue rather than only a legal responsibility.

As CEO, Morris will be responsible for expanding Corsearch’s platform, strengthening customer outcomes and positioning the company as a leading provider of brand IP intelligence in the AI economy.
