Milan-based Cosmico, a Future of Work platform focused on digital talent, creator economy services, and AI-powered workforce solutions, announced it has raised €12 million in Series B funding.

The funding round was led by P101 SGR, with participation from existing investor Prana Ventures. The company said the financing combines equity and debt and will support expansion efforts, platform development, and additional acquisitions.

Alongside the funding announcement, Cosmico also confirmed it has completed the acquisition of Flatmates, a creator agency focused on Talent-as-a-Service models across Italy, Spain, and the United States. Cosmico had previously acquired a majority stake in the company in 2024 and finalized full ownership ahead of schedule.

Founded in 2020 by Francesco Marino, Simone Tornabene, and Matteo Roversi, Cosmico operates as a holding company focused on the Future of Work sector. The company’s ecosystem includes several business lines spanning digital talent marketplaces, creator economy services, employee engagement platforms, and AI-supported team design.

Cosmico said it generated €24 million in revenue during 2025, representing 109% year-over-year growth. The company is targeting €100 million in revenue by 2028 and plans to complete three additional acquisitions by the end of the year as it expands its multi-vertical strategy.

The company currently operates across Italy and Spain and connects thousands of digital professionals and creators with enterprise customers through managed Talent-as-a-Service offerings.
