Courier Health announced it has raised $50 million in a Series B round led by Oak HC/FT, with participation from existing investors including Norwest and Work-Bench. The funding will support continued product innovation and expansion of Courier Health’s platform, which is designed to orchestrate and personalize patient journeys across the life sciences industry.
Courier Health addresses longstanding challenges in patient engagement, including fragmented data, disconnected systems, and limited coordination across stakeholders. The company’s platform connects disparate data sources, applies AI-driven insights to identify at-risk patients, and enables biopharma teams to manage end-to-end patient experiences more effectively.
The platform includes data integrations, intelligent workflows, and AI agents that automate key processes across the patient journey, from education and enrollment to benefits verification, therapy initiation, and adherence. This approach is intended to improve visibility, coordination, and outcomes for patients, providers, and life sciences organizations.
Courier Health said its growth has accelerated significantly, with a more than 400% increase in customers and supported therapies in 2025, alongside a doubling of its workforce to meet rising demand. The company plans to use the new capital to scale its platform capabilities, invest in agentic AI features, and expand its team.
The announcement comes as many biopharma companies continue to face challenges in achieving patient-centric care, with industry data showing that a majority struggle with fragmented or underutilized data and limited ability to leverage AI effectively.
