Court Square Capital Partners announced it has acquired a majority stake in CallTower, a global provider of enterprise cloud communications and collaboration solutions. The firm is purchasing the company from BV Investment Partners, which had acquired a majority stake in 2023.
Founded in 2002 and headquartered in South Jordan, Utah, CallTower delivers Unified Communications as a Service, collaboration tools, and Contact Center as a Service solutions. Its offerings are built on platforms including Microsoft Teams, Webex, Zoom, and AI-powered contact center technologies. The company supports more than 5,000 mid-market and enterprise customers across over 80 countries.
CallTower’s platform integrates features such as one-click failover, analytics, CRM integrations, and AI capabilities, enabling businesses to streamline communications and enhance collaboration globally. The company also operates with more than 25 carriers and its proprietary integration platform, CallTower Connect.
Court Square Capital Partners, a middle-market private equity firm with over 40 years of experience and $10.1 billion in assets under management as of the end of 2025, focuses on investing in companies across industrial, business services, healthcare, and technology and telecom sectors.
