The assignment expands the firm’s already significant presence in the city and brings its tenant‑focused management approach to one of Atlanta’s most visible office properties. The company plans to implement hands‑on operational oversight, refreshed marketing, and enhanced tenant services as part of its broader strategy to elevate the building’s profile and performance.
The firm emphasized that 55 Allen Plaza already offers many of the features that modern tenants expect, including wellness‑focused amenities, strong visibility, and proximity to major transportation corridors. CP Group intends to build on this foundation by introducing its portfolio‑wide Tenant Experience Program, which provides concierge‑style service and community‑oriented programming. The company will also focus on activating the building’s top four floors, which are available for lease and offer prominent signage opportunities along one of Atlanta’s busiest corridors.
As part of its leasing strategy, CP Group has selected Cushman & Wakefield’s Zach Wooten, Stephen Clifton, and Payton Maxheimer as exclusive leasing agents for the property. The firm also plans to expand the building’s move‑in‑ready spec suite offerings through its worCPlaces program, complementing existing suites ranging from 2,500 to 5,000 square feet. Additional upgrades will include enhancements to the building’s food and beverage options, further improving the experience for both tenants and visitors.
