Cresa has completed the acquisition of CMPG, a full-service project management firm based in Diamond Bar, marking the company’s third acquisition in the past forty-five days and further strengthening its occupier-focused service platform. The deal significantly expands Cresa’s project management capabilities across Southern California and deepens its regional footprint.
Under the transaction, CMPG leaders Christie Fischetti and Dyana Elam will join Cresa as Managing Principals and will oversee the firm’s project management operations throughout Southern California. All twenty-two CMPG employees will transition to the company’s existing project management team, which currently supports clients through the Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego offices. Cresa will also retain CMPG’s Inland Empire office, adding a strategically positioned location to its regional network.
CMPG brings extensive experience managing construction projects across office, public sector, entertainment, historic, transit, laboratory, technical, industrial, and retail environments. The team has led notable assignments such as the Los Angeles County Arboretum Visitor Center, HSF Corporate Relocation, Snap Program Management, Doheny Eye Institute Headquarters, Los Angeles Regional Food Bank Capital Upgrades and Building Retrofit, and more than $165 million in improvements at the historic Los Angeles Union Station.
The acquisition is part of Cresa’s broader expansion strategy, which it has been executing throughout the fall. In October, the company acquired Fischer, a firm focused on national and global strategic portfolio management, followed in November by Bluechip. This data analytics firm further enhances Cresa’s technology and advisory capabilities.
Cresa noted that the addition of CMPG strengthens its ability to deliver comprehensive, end-to-end real estate solutions for both local and portfolio clients.
