Based in Chicago, Cresset said McNairy-Glenn will focus on strengthening relationships with business founders, entrepreneurs, and multigenerational families seeking sophisticated planning and access to institutional-quality investments. She will also play a central role in identifying and partnering with exceptional advisors and entrepreneurial teams interested in joining the firm’s independent, client-first platform.

The firm noted that her work will emphasize long-term partnerships and community building as Cresset expands nationally. Leadership highlighted her ability to build trusted relationships with both clients and advisors as a key factor in advancing the firm’s growth strategy.

McNairy-Glenn currently serves as a Managing Director at Cresset and is recognized for combining strategic discipline with a relationship-driven approach to wealth management. The company said she brings a personal understanding of the governance dynamics, legacy considerations, and responsibilities that shape multigenerational family enterprises.

Before joining Cresset, McNairy-Glenn was a Managing Director on the Partner Relations team at CH Investment Partners. She also spent 11 years at International Farming Corporation, where she served as Partner, Chief Operating Officer, and Head of Capital Formation, helping expand institutional relationships and operational infrastructure.

Cresset is an independent multi-family office and private investment firm that provides wealth management, investment advisory, and family office services to entrepreneurs, CEO founders, and multigenerational families.
